"You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have." On September 9, 2012, Casper Mountain in Casper, Wyoming was hit by a devastating wildfire that burned over 15,000 acres and over 60 structures. One of those structures was the Mintle family homestead, built by my husband's parents in the 1950s. Just a few days after the fire, we found this incredible example of strength. This tree was completely burned...and top heavy...and yet it was still standing. A perfect motivation and inspiration for us to rebuild, stay strong, and move on.

Born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, I moved to Denver to attend the Art Institute of Colorado. After earning my Visual Communications degree, I returned home to Casper and began my career in Graphic Design. In 2002, I created ‘Paws Fur a Moment’ Photography, which combines my background in design & flair for photography.
